Our Story

HD Holding was founded in Ankara in 1995 with the goal of bringing traditional Turkish cuisine to customers all over Turkey. We've since expanded our offerings by including Pidem and Makarnam to our original HD İskender brand, meaning we have a vast array of flavors to suit any taste.

HD Holding strives to ensure that everyone has the ability to experience going out to a restaurant with wonderful food. We enhance all the flavor of Turkish cuisine thanks to a team of highly qualified chefs who make food at affordable pricing, all supported by a team whose priority is customer satisfaction. We aim to be the leader in serving Turkish food in every market into which we enter.
